The campaign calls upon people to unite and counter the fascist attacks by the RSS-BJP-led governments on the people. It outlines increasing attacks on Muslims and other minorities, ban on bovine trade and slaughter, attack on traders by cow vigilantes, attack by upper caste landlords Dalits in Saharanpur and foisting of false cases on their leaders by the UP government, attack on democratic rights on girl students in BHU as examples of the anti-people measures of the UP govt.
