To Your Eyes

Sujatha’s contemplative spirit flies, creating a delicate dance between observer and storms, attracting luminescent souls in this love poem, exclusively for Different Truths.

Let me search
and seek to solve
the mystery of your eyes,

Let my gaze linger
and keep at bay
the storms
brewing in their seas,

Let me surprise
and startle
in their skies
a sparkle of fireflies
so, a few may fly
and stray into my own eyes.
