There could be no tragedy bigger than losing near and dear ones. Everybody who is born in this world has to die. It’s the rule of nature and nobody can escape from this. Losing our near and dear ones is a seminal moment in everybody’s life whether it is anticipated, for instance, after a long illness or an accidental one. The departure of someone who has been so close to you and has looked after you since you were an infant is a fundamental point in our lives. The emotional path is taken by us, our reactions and the way we are able to overcome this irreparable loss depend on our age and the nature of the relationship we had with that person.  There are people who find it very hard to overcome such a situation and might get subjected to depression, whereas there are those who would take no time and build them up quickly and face the world as if they have had not lost anyone.

Let it go emotionally

Trapped emotions only keep the individuals stuck in the past. To lead life to the fullest one has to give up these trapped emotions and live in the present.

It is tough for some people to let it go emotionally. But for some people, intellect responds in a certain way and they are able to cope with any adverse situation they have to face in their life. Hence, it is necessary to allow the emotion to flow. Trapped emotions only keep the individuals stuck in the past. To lead life to the fullest one has to give up these trapped emotions and live in the present.

Since the past is out of your hands and the future is based on what you do in the present, it is better to focus on the present.

Individuals, who can live in their present, deal with their grievances in a better way.
