Masquerade

Here’s a ballad from Sarala about the sensuousness of a woman, ready to unmask and take revenge, in Different Truths.

Don’t take me for granted
She swayed her curvaceous body
Among the crowded audience
Teasing the young and old alike
With her touch, they were waiting for
Her sensual pouting lips
They dreamt of kissing
But she leaves them in a jiffy!
I am a girl with a purpose hiding
behind my fake smile
heart burning of vengeance
want to extinguish the fire
burning in me for some time
seeing my kith and kin killed
by the terrorists one by one!
My goal is revenge, only revenge
taking revenge on the killers of
my loved ones!
I will do anything to achieve my goal
My sexy looks and the ravishing
smile is just a mask!
I am burning behind my mask!
Take off my mask and you
will see the real me burning
like a blazing forest!
I am dancing to get them all
excited and they will come
near me to have fun with me
unaware of my innermost intentions,
the reason for my sexy dress and smile!
Yes, I want to take revenge
on those who killed all my
loved ones destroying my life!
Come and be my lovers
I will take off my mask
and you will see the real me
burning inside, a blazing forest!
