Life Don’t Go

A poignant love poem by Nutan, exclusively for Different Truths.

Yes, life feels so wondrous and light when you are alive
full of sprite
as it holds you in its love
taking you in its stride
In hopes that never leave
Holding you beside

life don’t go
I live in you to be that tide
That sweeps me
in you to tide

a life lived in beauty that loves me in all its might

a love ensconced in hope that feels full of life
skipping with you as I go, laughing by your side
for in you I have learnt to live my life
Don’t go
for I wait for you in my arms
Holding you so tight
‘My’ right!
