Jasmine Buds

Here’s an evocative poem by Harichandan celebrating nature and a birthday greeting card by a child poet – exclusively for Different Truths.

Jasmine buds
With fragrance like rain
Colour of my country’s flag of peace
Soft as real stone
I wish to gift the pattern of
sweet golden jasmine buds
on a memorable greeting card
To my friend on his birthday.
