How to Overcome Challenges: Three Mindset Shifts for Success

Life is constantly full of challenges; you may need to overcome difficulties and obstacles at almost every step. If you are looking for some mantras for success, here are some ways to reach the ultimate pinnacle of success with the help of some or all of these practices:

The Power of Gratitude

Gratitude can go a long way in healing all your past struggles and hardships. In a challenging situation, gratitude can help you succeed and reach your best self even in a mundane life situation. If you feel your life is running smoothly but not without any aim and goal, gratitude can help you find a goal you feel has gone missing.

Every day, begin your day with three gratitude statements – I am grateful for my best meeting with my colleagues, or I am grateful for my great family reunion- is what your sentence can be like. Once you make three statements for the day, close your eyes and visualise the statements as though it has happened. Repeat it several times. The feeling of gratitude in your heart for your unaccomplished goals but achievable ones, may lead you to situations close to your heart where you feel you have fulfilled your deepest wishes and dreams- personally and professionally.

The Affective Affirmations

While gratitude can help you steer your life through success, affirmations can help you sustain your success and worth. Affirmations are statements that you can form where you want a certain accomplishment in life. Make short statements like these and repeat them three to five times a day or anytime you feel you are getting mired in a negative spiral in your mind. A few affirmations that help based on your goals, which may be personal or professional are:

Health goal affirmations – I am manifesting a beautiful body and skin; I am manifesting great physical and mental health; I am manifesting the most beautiful mind and body; My physical and mental body is healing quickly and swiftly; My physical and mental health is healed and transformed.

Self-love Affirmations: I am healed; I am transformed; My body is getting the love and care it needs; I am achieving love and care; My body and mind are receiving all the care that is required; I am achieving my goals and aims of self-love; I am achieving a perfect union of body and mind.

Financial Affirmations: I am manifesting a beautiful villa and home; I am achieving great milestones of financial success; I am achieving a great amount of wealth; I am manifesting a huge bank balance; I am manifesting the gift of abundance; I am emotionally and financially free; I am manifesting bundles of financial joy and success; Money and prosperity flow to me.

Visualisations Work Like Magic

While gratitude and affirmations help create targets, visualisations work like meditation which put life and soul into the physical body. After you have created three to five statements, sit down and close your eyes. Imagine as though it has happened. Pray, heal and grow.

Thus these three methods, if followed religiously for a week or two may lead you to a healthy lifestyle and a changed mindset where you are pulled out of negative thought patterns and find your way to true success.
