I am trying to switch to a healthy diet and a better lifestyle. I believe fitness and healthy habits are lifelong pursuits, not fads and trends. It is extremely important for us to continue to lead a healthy lifestyle! It includes eating nutritious food, drinking sufficient water, plenty of exercises and adequate sleep every day. These attitude of positive health habits will help us to stay healthy and reduce the chances of corpulent.
There is a wrong notion in the society that being healthy is an expensive and very critical, in fact, it is not. It is just the mindset of the people. Some are very much smug and comfortable in their lifestyle, rather reluctant to make changes in their lives. This is the obstacle that holds people from leading a healthy lifestyle.
One of the major components to lead a healthy life is to change the way we usually eat. We need to add plenty of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat, and fish on our plate. It is true that few vegetables and fruits are bit expensive, on the other hand, if we spend little extra on our lifestyle in the long run we can save some hospital expenses. We can also choose fruits and vegetables which are locally available or in the farmers market.
Daily 30 minutes exercise is important for everyone. Exercise doesn’t mean to hit the expensive gymnasium every day. We can go for walking, biking, sit-ups, stretching, dancing or whatever suits you. Fitness demands dedication, hard work, commitment and rewards are longer, happier, and healthier life.
Usually, physically fit people have a positive attitude towards life. Apart from food, we should enjoy our life with good books, good movies, with near and dear ones and little bit discipline.
Am sharing few healthy recipes with you!
