“A feat of Art, you are!”
Words replayed and the scene iterated,
Like an infinite loop in her mind.
She could hear her own laughter,
rebounding like shimmery waves
Back and forth in an arcane sea.
That satiny smile birthed dawns of hope.
Just like a streak of light sieves
through a tiny hole of an unlit home.
“You smile beautifully!”
But startled it left him, when
a teardrop peeped from her eyes.
“What looks more beautiful on her?!”
He thought, when the earnest love
made him see whelm of evaded emotions.
A lasting bond he felt that instant
when inner beauty was revealed.
What they call ‘The True Love’, he knew was there.
