Autumnal Inspiration!

Anoucheka invokes the goddesses of the Autumnal festivities, transcending from the mundane to the universal – an exclusive, a Special Feature in Different Truths.

Autumn came
And brought with it
Decisions for me to consider

Autumn came
And bid me to be a stronger version of myself
To face the incoming winter

Riding as a solo empress upon the waves of
Our mysterious world
It brings me to carry my sword
As bravely as would
A Viking Queen, invincible and unconquerable,
Even if summers usually allow me
To smile at oceans and sunny beaches
As would a most cajoling mermaid
While winters allow me
To cuddle up and sleep comfortably as would
A carefree and uncaring bear,
But Autumn brings with it
The winds of change
Letting my inner world strengthen itself
Even if my physical universe is getting
Weaker and weaker as the years
Turn the pages of my storyline!

Autumn came
And I, like a goddess in love with her god,
Unlocked the doors restraining me from
Enjoying my freedom
And played on my piano,
Nostalgic tunes pulsating with the notes
Of some sweet melancholia
Only Autumn can inspire me with
