Child Molestation

Here’s a protest poem by Farah against child molestation.

Oh Lord! Is this the World that you created?

Where you yourself are not safe

Where inoffensive offspring are markedly offended

Where they can’t protest but are simply molested

Sometimes children are not able to comprehend

An inebriated kin’s glance that is lusty and adamant

It’s not consistently fault of a male but females too

Who takes an advantage of the rights and are ready to sue

Mortals attempt to fade away their innocence

Their chasteness, their life that is full of effervescence

If in this devil’s place tots are not properly protected

If in this place, the shadow of God do not reflect

Then Oh’ Lord Above! Let me die or annihilate

Because it’s unendurable for me to live and perpetuate.
