 Lost and Found

Here’s an evocative poem of hope by Sushant – exclusively for Different Truths.

The rain
Kisses my pain
Not in vain.
I train to beautify
My inner self.
I have a heart
That flies like a balloon
In the widespread sky.
The blue of the sky
Is my friend.
I have a healing agony.
I am tireless
And wakeful.
My morning glories
Are signs of a fruitful day
When I do not lose
My train of humanity.
I serve for better days
I strive for brighter nights
That shine within.
My thoughts are lighter
Than a feather
Found by a lover
Waiting for a message
From the beloved.
