Prayer To God

A poignant prayer by Sumana, exclusively for Different Truths.

O God make me so strong
So that I stand straight before all wrong.
Make me honest, make me bold
Give me a heart alike gold.

Give me strength to
Protect the weak,
Give me the strength
To stand by the sick.

Grant me some time
To think for others
Give me a heart
Full of divine prayers.

Help me to do
What you love
Make my heart fly for peace
Like a white divine dove.

Make the world peaceful and fear free
May your wishes be fulfilled by me
I want to be the reason of others glee.
